Understanding Packaging Materials

- Double-Wall Corrugated — Two flute layers (typically B+C) for maximum protection. Used for fragile, heavy, or high-value items.
- Duplex Board — White-coated on one side, grey on the other. Used for inner cartons, pharmaceutical packaging, and light retail boxes.
- Grey Board — Recycled, rigid board used as the core material for rigid (setup) boxes. Covered with printed art paper for luxury finishes.
- White Coated Board — Bright white surface for premium print quality. Used for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food packaging where appearance matters.
Design & Print Finishes
