These Terms of Service govern your use of the JobaidaPack website and the ordering of custom packaging products from Jobaida Printing & Packaging Limited.
All custom packaging orders require design approval before production begins. Approved proofs and specifications form the binding agreement for each order. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet our minimum quantity requirements.
Standard payment terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Established clients may qualify for net-30 terms. Payments can be made via bank transfer, bKash, or international wire transfer.
All packaging designs created by JobaidaPack remain our intellectual property unless full design rights are purchased. Client-supplied artwork and logos remain the property of the client.
JobaidaPack's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from packaging supply.
